Water is a precious resource that we can all help conserve. There are many ways to make every drop count, from changing everyday habits to choosing water-efficient devices and appliances.
Council is offering a $150 rebate to customers who install a water-efficient washing machine at a property connected to Eurobodalla town water. This will save an average household about 20,000 litres of water a year. The program aims to reduce water demand and help protect our unique environment, whilst reducing your water bill too.
To claim a rebate read the terms and conditions, purchase and install your washing machine and complete the application process on this site.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only available for properties in the Eurobodalla Shire Local Government Area, on town water supply.
- Must be an approved 4.5-star or higher WELS (Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards) scheme-rated washing machine.
- The washing machine must have been purchased and installed during the past six months.
- Applicants must be willing to undergo an audit by Council to ensure the washing machine is installed as specified in the application.
