Only available for properties in the Waverley, Woollahra and Randwick Local Government Area (LGAs).
There must be at least 1 electric vehicle parked (or on order) in the apartment block.
Must be level 1 (10 or 15 amp) chargers installed by a licenced electrician.
Not required for BASIX or Development Application Compliance purposes.
LEGAL NOTICE: It is an offence to knowingly provide false or misleading information to a public authority or a person performing duties under state and federal laws in Australia. Penalties include heavy fines and/or multi-year prison sentences. Any suspected fraudulent claims will be referred to the relevant authorities for investigation.

How is my rebate calculated?
Apartment blocks in Waverley, Woollahra and Randwick LGAs can receive a 50% rebate up to $5,000 for installing electric vehicle charging.
